NordicFest and Yeti Snowshoe Race

Join hundreds of outdoor enthusiasts, weekend warriors, families, beginner and expert skiers and snowshoers alike, for a fun – and inexpensive – day on the trails. Receive discounted trail passes and test the latest skis and snowshoes from major manufacturers. Participate in fun activities like our snowman making contest, make smores over an open fire, sip on free hot chocolate and apple cider all day in our warm-up chalet and explore the spectacular escarpment trails at one of Ontario’s premiere Nordic destinations! The YETI Snowshoe Race is a great way for families and runners to stay in shape and challenge themselves through the winter. Registration on race day from 8:30 - 9:30 am; Race start time 10 am (kids race at 9:45am). Also a 5km Sport Course and a 10 km Enduro course. There are great prizes. Register at www.theyeti.ca

We are pleased to announce we will be offering the following laser services here at "rituals medical & day spa"

Non-Ablative Fractional Treatments - this treatment uses laser energy micro-beams to create areas of affected tissue that extend through the epidermis into the dermis. Non-ablative fractional, uses the laser beams to coagulate the affected tissue. There is minimal to no downtime. It uses the body's natural healing process to create new healthy tissue to replace the areas of affected tissue, resulting in healthier, younger looking skin.

Vascular Lesions Treatment & Pigmented Lesions Treatment- these treatments deliver energy to target and destroy vascular and pigmented lesions. Spider veins, reticular veins, rosacea, telangiectasias, hemangiomas, sun damage, age spots, dyschromia, melasma, poikiloderma, and angiomas from hands, legs, chest, arms and face are many of the corrections this laser is able to do. Laser Hair Removal - Light-based hair removal permanently reduces unwanted facial and body hair, in fewer treatments and with more comfort than is possible with traditional procedures. Palomars' laser tips will do even fine, lighter hair which most lasers can not.
